Leadership

Jennifer Rohan
Principal – Our Lady’s Ringwood
When I walked through the doors of Our Lady Perpetual Help, there was an instant feeling of welcome and a strong sense of community. I am honoured to be the new Principal of Our Lady’s and am excited to get to know all our families.
I have been in teaching for a long time and I feel privileged to be in the education sector. Outside of work I enjoy travel, playing golf and spending time with family and friends. I’m a keen Tigers supporter and enjoy going to the MCG .

Natasha Watt
Deputy Principal / Wellbeing Leader
Our Lady’s is a great place to work. I love being part of a inclusive community and working together with children at our centre. In my spare time I love being a mum to my three beautiful children and as a family along with my husband we love to go on holidays in our caravan and watching the footy. I also like to go for coffee and shop.

Emma Lamb

I love working with the students at Our Lady’s because I get to be a part of their learning journey and support them as they grow. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the movies, reading and walking my dog.

Our Lady’s is truly a wonderful place to work! With the Gospel messages at its center, all students are encourage to grow in faith and be welcoming of each other. When I am not at work supporting our diverse community, I love cooking, shopping, spending time friends and family – my husband, children and my new, little grandson!

I love seeing that spark of excitement when an idea ‘clicks’ in a child’s mind and helping students get to that place is what makes this job so rewarding. When I am not at school, you can usually find me with my dog at a dog park, coffee in hand!

I love working at Our Lady’s because I get to work with a great bunch of children every day in a warm and supportive school community. I especially enjoy seeing students get creative, solve problems, and build confidence through digital technologies. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, which helps keep me balanced and energised.

Laura Ryan
Speech Pathologist
Our Lady of Perpetual Help partners with Speech Pathology for Schools (SPS) to provide holistic, school-based speech pathology support to students. Laura works with students and staff to assess and address individual needs in areas such as oral language, phonological awareness, and early literacy skills. Laura’s approach focuses on building functional skills that transfer into the classroom and everyday life, helping students thrive both at school and beyond.

I am so lucky to have recently joined this beautiful community of Our Lady’s in Ringwood. They have all been so welcoming and supportive as I learn this new role. I am thoroughly enjoying the inclusivity, friendliness and positivity this community has. When I am not at school, I am spending time with my own family, playing a little sport and meeting up with friends.

I have loved beginning my teaching journey at Our Lady’s. Being apart of such a supportive and enthusiastic school community has made my experience so far incredible. I enjoy helping students develop life long skills and seeing their excitement on their faces when they discover something new. Outside of school you’ll often find me outdoors- hiking, running or spending time with my friends and family down at the beach.

Naomi Flynn

I started at Our Lady’s in 2018 as an emergency teacher. I instantly felt welcomed and part of a team. Not only was I welcomed with open arms by the school but by the whole community and before long I had secured a place as a permanent staff member. When I am not teaching I am Mum to 3 children who keep me busy with swimming and soccer sporting activities.

Working in the Junior level is a blessing as I am able to see all the students have fun in their learning and watch them grow as individuals. I feel lucky and grateful to have joined such a supportive and caring school community at Our Lady’s. I dearly appreciate all my interactions within the school and love working at the Senior level where I am witnessing students developing their independence within their learning journey. In my spare time, I spend time with my family and pets. I have a passion to travel and will get every opportunity to show the world to my kids whether it is going camping or travelling through Europe when visiting my family.

Our Lady’s has such a warm and welcoming community and I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to teach here. I knew from a young age I wanted to be a teacher, as I wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I find it rewarding and fulfilling to see students grow. When I’m not at school I’m spending time with my friends, at a concert, at the cinema, or playing board games.

Visual Arts
I feel so fortunate to teach Visual Arts at Our Lady’s. Watching students explore their creativity and enjpy learning about new art forms brings so much happiness. Outside of school I love spending time with my husband, children and our pets. We have fun exploring new places and trying new cuisines.

Elissa Zupo
LOTE Teacher (Italian)
At Our Lady’s we are fortunate to be surrounded by a wondeful group of students, teachers and families that work together to bring out the best in each other and others. I really enjoy teaching Italian at Our Lady’s, as it allows me to share my culture with the students and learn about their cultures too. In my spare time, I love to go shopping and watch the mighty Blues (especially when they win).

Bridget Crowe

I love being the Performing Arts teacher at Our Lady’s because I get to see students take risk in their performances and grow in confidence as they learn about music, drama and dance. I have a background in music and have loved the enthusiasm I am met by the student in their Performing Arts learning. At home I am a mum of 3 kids and love to cook and go for a run around the walking tracks near my home.

Quite honestly I absolutely love working at Our Ladys! To me, being part of the childrens learning is the most rewarding job ever. My position as a LSO allows me to support the teacher whilst helping the students to learn. Learning is much more then books , it’s about the whole childs wellbeing and what is important to be a beautiful little person. I have the opportunity to be a part of this. It is the best job ever.

Outside of my work at Our Lady’s, I am studying my Bachelor degree of education and I am also training my dog to become a Therapy Dog.

I feel very blessed to be able to work at Our Lady’s School because I was once a student here and I have nothing but fond memories of this time. When I am not working I am studying towards a Bachelor of Education and in my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the gym, cooking and spending time with my loved ones.

Angela Weygang

I started working as an Educator Support Worker in the Prep rooms in Term 2. I am thoroughly enjoying this position supporting the teachers and working with the younger
students. I find it very rewarding to assist the students with their academic learning, faith, safety, social interactions and play. Previously I have worked in early childhood for many years. I like travelling, walking, gardening, reading and playing board games with my two sons.
